  this is with regard to the pew survey that states “2 out of three 3 born into the jehovah’s witness faith.

  will not remain in the faith as adults.”.

  What has saved and helped the JWs maintain a 1.2 million (meager 14%) presence in the U.S. was the introduction of the cartoon characters Caleb & Sophia some 8 years ago! WT has been pushing very hard 'child baptism' for the past 8 to 10 years in case y'all didn't know/notice!

  If it wasn't for this campaign of 'child baptism' for nearly a decade now...JW membership numbers would be tanking at a much faster pace!

  Thank God for the children and thank God for Caleb & Sophia...we couldn't of done it without you! :-) :-) :-)

  i live in europe.

  for the last 15 year's probably 25 person i knew or more were df, pimo, left by own will, inactive.

  The Mormon Church is also a U.S. based cult...6.7 million (40%) of its membership are in the U.S.

  The JWs on the other hand...while also being a U.S. based cult has 1.2 million (14%) of its membership in the U.S.

  How much you wanna bet WT wishes it had a similar percentage support/representation of its adherents in the wealthier U.S. similar to it's bigger sister LDS...14% vs 40%!

  Since we're on the subject of Jehovah’s Witnesses & their membership...I found these figures rather revealing:

  The Jehovah’s Witnesses organization has a rather weak membership in the United States considering they're based in the U.S....of their total number of 8,424,100 worldwide a meager 1,210,950 (14%) are in the U.S. However in South America, where poverty is widespread, including Mexico there are 2,610,564 (31%) Jehovah’s Witnesses. The African Continent, considered the poorest Continent on earth, has 1,641,764 (20%) Jehovah’s Witnesses. In breaking down the percentages of Jehovah’s Witnesses...I'm finding that a very high number of JWs live in the poorest countries.

  My question is: How much longer can the JWs in the U.S. (14%) carry the financial burdens of the the rest of JWs (75% to 80%) who live in the poorest countries of the world?

  Something else that may disqualify a JW from being allowed to attend a Kingdom Hall meeting is if he/she got the single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine. WT is requiring at least 2 doses. I wonder how many JWs that affects!

  This 'Kingdom Hall Meeting Pilot Program' has its own set of rules & restrictions:

  1) No Bible study students allowed to attend

  2) No interested outsiders allowed to attend

  3) No unvacinated JW children allowed to attend

  4) No unvacinated adult JWs allowed to attend

  With these 'no nos' in place I suspect attendance, morale & the mood is going to be waaay low at these meetings!

  jehovah's witnesses see the bible as an organizational book which only the faithful and discreet slave (currently 8 men headquartered in warwick new york) can interpret properly.

  the faithful slave was first appointed in brooklyn in 1919 and given the exclusive right and ability to understand and teach the bible properly.

  Do JWs/WT interpret the Bible properly?

  After over 50+ years of proudly proclaiming that Joel chapter 2 about the Locusts...saying that the Locusts paralleled the JWs in their preaching activity...at the 2019 AGM GB David Splane took a 180° about-face and stated that in fact the Locusts in Joel 2 are depicted as an enemy of God’s people. It took over 50 years for these knuckleheads to get it right!

  This is just one recent example of way, way too many WT wrong Bible interpretations!

  The "Regular Pioneer" title has now become a total joke

  we just had our co visit a few weeks ago.

  apparently, he was encouraging all who could to regular pioneer, to at least try it out for a year.

  because of this, we had a few people in our hall become one.. so this weekend we were on zoom service, and the sister that was just appointed was talking about it.

  The question is...how productive are JW Pioneers who put in all these many hours in the ministry at recruiting new converts? The answer is...Zero...0...nada...zilch!

  I'm affiliated with a circuit that boasts some 400 to 500 Regular and Auxiliary Pioneers. For the past 5+ years the only ones getting baptized are born-in tiny bopper 'yang wans'!

  Yes...I've had many a request from the elders for an invite to sit down and talk...I can tell you from experience it feels soo therapeutic when everytime I simply say...No!
